By creating an account, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use ChatPress for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

• Do not share login credentials with unauthorized users.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You remain responsible for chatbot content and settings configured in your workspace.

We may update, improve, or modify the service from time to time, including features, usage limits, integrations, and pricing presentation.

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.

Paid plans are billed in accordance with the pricing and billing cycle selected at checkout.

If you choose annual billing, pricing is presented as a monthly equivalent but billed annually as a single annual charge.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and any other charges associated with your account.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
• Downgrades and cancellations may take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

You agree not to misuse the service or use it for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

• Do not upload or transmit malicious code, malware, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or account restrictions.
• Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited content.

You retain ownership of data, files, prompts, and content you submit to the service.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide and improve the service, enforce policies, and comply with law.

ChatPress and related software, design, trademarks, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for limited rights granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

The service may integrate with third-party providers such as payment gateways, hosting providers, analytics tools, and AI model providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or that all outputs generated by AI components will be error-free or suitable for every use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatPress and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to ChatPress for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or use the service in prohibited ways.

You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel your subscription according to the billing terms above.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date.

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
